Eraserheads. No band in the Philippines has been more
successful than the Eheads. And even they have disbanded over a decade ago,
their popularity has remained and the songs they have composed are still played
in the radios nationwide. The status of Eheads in the Philippines is comparable
to the legendary band The Beatles worldwide. Four talented musicians in one
band made one of the most successful debut that revolutionized the music scene
in the country. The time when OPM rock’n’roll was dying the Eheads paved their
way and revived the local bands genre. They were considered gods by the
Filipino people influencing their daily lives by the songs the band created.
Songs which was forever sang in the streets and parties. Songs that achieved
the status of “Undying Songs.”
ERASERHEADS. A Legend.
One of there popular songs. Ligaya (English: Joy) is the first single of the Eraserheads which came from their debut album, Ultraelectromagnetic pop. This is the concert version.
Oooh... ooooh... ooooh...
This is the album version with lyrics. Enjoy.
