Eraserheads: Magasin

All of us especially guys have a glimpse of a magazine. Not just the ordinary magazine but with the beautiful and gorgeous girls showing there body wonders in the cover. Playboy magazines is the most famous among this showing the “hubad na katotohanan” (naked truth). This magazines, the famous one in our country is the FHM (For Him Magazine) which covers the most sexy and hottest girls in the country, had been the boys companion as they grow up discovering their manliness. This showed them party about the real world. The touch of heaven. However, the song created by Eraserheads entitled Magasin (Magasin) is a story of a guy who discovered that his childhood friend was now in a cover of a magazine. He was mesmerize because he used to tease the girl and now she is famous and in the cover of the magazine. The chorus of the song states that how he had wished that he hadn’t seen the magazine because he doesn’t have enough money to buy it and have her beautiful face. At the end of the song he realized that the title of the magazine was unwholesome. It was a sexy magazine for boys. He then stated in the last line of the song that he wished that in the next issue, the girl would be on the centerfold.
